Solana Mobile Saga Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Solana Mobile. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your Saga phone or related products, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a Saga phone or related product you purchased online from Solana Mobile:

  • You may return your undamaged product with its included accessories in its original packaging and with its original receipt within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Solana Mobile can be returned to Solana Mobile. Solana Mobile products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with the charging cable (if applicable), accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Saga device returns must include the charging cable accessory for a full refund.

  • Solana Mobile provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, Solana Mobile may refuse the return.

  • Customized products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the customization is materially different from what was ordered and the product is returned in accordance with the instructions below.

IMPORTANT: Wireless Service Cancellation

Wireless carriers have different service-cancellation policies. Returning your Saga device may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your provider for more information.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Center at and enter your order number and email address.

  2. On the next page, confirm the items from your order that you’d like to return and select the Initiate Your Return button.

  3. After submitting a return request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Next, read the instructions and select the Print Return Label button to print your shipping label.

  5. Ship the item to Solana Mobile using the shipping label provided. You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.


Once we receive your item, a member of the Solana Mobile team will review the item within 2 business days. If there are no further concerns, a refund will be initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • If you paid with a digital wallet via USDC, refunds will be issued to the same wallet used for the initial purchase transaction.
