CUSTOMER REVIEW POLICY

Solana Mobile Inc. (“Solana Mobile,” “us” or “we”) offers a marketplace (“dApp Store”) that may permit you to submit reviews (“Reviews”) of certain products and services, including decentralized mobile applications available on our dApp Store (“Applications”). This Customer Review Policy (“Review Policy”) sets forth certain terms applicable to Reviews posted on the dApp Store.
Reviews should reflect your honest, good faith opinion of an Application that you have actually used, and should provide information regarding the function, performance, and/or utility of such Applications. We encourage you to share your Reviews.
Reviews that mislead or that are manipulative are prohibited. Therefore, we do not allow Reviews that:
- Are posted by a user who has a financial interest in the reviewed Application;
- Are posted by the Application’s developer (or any employee, affiliate, or other agent of such developer), or any user with a personal or professional relationship with any of the foregoing entities or individuals;
- Consist of multiple Reviews for the same Application by the same user;
- Are posted by a user who has not used the Application;
- Are posted by any individual or entity that offers a competitive Application, any employee, affiliate, or other agent of such individual or entity, or any user with a personal or professional relationship with any of the foregoing entities or individuals;
- Contain content or links to content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties;
- Contain promotional material for any product or service, including without limitation any digital asset;
- Attempt to impact the price or market of any product or service, including without limitation any digital asset;
- Contain advertising or promotional materials, political or social commentary, or anything else unrelated to the Application being reviewed;
- Are fake or inaccurate;
- Are posted in exchange for any compensation, including but not limited to, cash, discounts, products, services, equity, gift cards, or digital assets;
- Contain personally identifiable information or confidential information;
- Promote, condone, or incite violence or hatred toward an individual or group based on their race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, political affiliation, veteran status, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization;
- Interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of any Solana Mobile offering;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Solana Mobile; or
- Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ.
We reserve the right to remove any Reviews that violate our Review Policy, in our sole discretion.
Users determined to have violated or potentially violated this Review Policy may be prohibited from using or leaving Reviews on the dApp Store or be banned from the dApp Store.
We encourage you to notify us if you become aware of any Reviews that violate this Review Policy.
