Submit RMA Request
Your warranty claim must be made within the 1 year of purchase and meet the standards stated in our Limited Warranty.
To place a warranty claim:

Submit an RMA request at
https://returns.solanamobile.com. You will be able to print a prepaid return label.

Send an email to
support@solanamobile.com and provide your order number, RMA number, and description of the issue.

Next, you will be required to submit your credit card information. A
$1,000 USDC credit card authorization hold will be placed on your card and within 2 business days we will ship you a new Saga device.

Once we receive your original Saga device and verify the device’s
condition is acceptable according to the Limited Warranty we will remove the credit card authorization hold.
